1. Definitions

• "Programme" / "Service": any educational course, session, or learning resource offered by Boon Capital
• "Participant" / "User" / "You": any person who accesses our website or enrols in a programme
• "We" / "Us" / "Our": Boon Capital, 145 Phahonyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand
• "Content": all materials, printed guides, worksheets, recordings, and summaries provided as part of a programme
• "Agreement": these Terms and Conditions in their entirety

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, enrolling in a programme, or using this website, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have read and understood these Terms

3. Service Description

Boon Capital provides financial education programmes for adults in midlife. Our programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute regulated financial advice. We offer three programmes:

• The First Thread — ฿4,200 (4 sessions)
• Weaving the Pattern — ฿7,100 (7 weeks)
• The Finished Cloth Programme — ฿10,500 (11 weeks)

Programmes are delivered primarily in person at our premises in Chatuchak, Bangkok. Some components include recorded sessions for home viewing. We reserve the right to modify programme content, dates, or delivery method with reasonable notice.

4. Enrolment and Programme Terms

• Places are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Enrolment is not complete until payment has been received.
• Programme materials (guides, notebooks) are included in the programme fee and provided at the first session.
• Recorded sessions, where provided, are for your personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
• We do not issue certificates of completion. Our programmes are educational, not accredited qualifications.
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward educators and other group members throughout the programme.

5. Payment and Cancellation

All fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿). Payment details are provided at the time of enrolment confirmation.

Cancellation by the participant: If you cancel more than 14 days before the start date, we will refund the full programme fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, though you may transfer your place to a subsequent cohort at no charge, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Boon Capital: If we cancel a programme, we will offer either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative cohort. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of our cancellation.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Treat all other participants and educators with respect and courtesy
• Keep any personal or financial details shared by other participants within the group confidential
• Use programme content only for your own personal learning
• Not record sessions without explicit written permission from Boon Capital
• Not use our website for any purpose that is unlawful or that could damage our reputation

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme if their conduct is judged to be harmful to others in the group. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Boon Capital — including printed guides, worksheets, recorded sessions, and written materials — remains our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme content for your own personal learning only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Boon Capital content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Boon Capital provides financial education only. Nothing in our programmes or on this website constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to purchase any financial product.

We make no representation that programme content is suitable for your personal financial circumstances. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser before making any financial decisions.

Our website and programmes are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Boon Capital's liability for any claim arising from your participation in a programme or use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the programme in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. This includes any financial loss resulting from decisions made based on programme content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Boon Capital harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during a programme, or your misuse of programme content.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. You retain any rights granted to you under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and related legislation.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boon Capital regarding the subject matter herein
• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
• Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in future
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent
• Notices: notices to us should be sent by email to [email protected]

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date. Continued use of this website or enrolment in a new programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
